Trustees

 Trustees

What is the difference between Trustees and Executors?

The difference between Trustees and Executors are very little. Trustee's are usually asked to look after money within an estate or a property itself, helping to protect these assets for the beneficiaries.

As a Trustee you will have the power to ensure the Beneficiaries interests are looked after. You will not be allowed to use any of the money or assets entrusted in you for yourself or for your own gains.
