Specific Gifts cane be items or sets of items these can be things such as Cars, Collections of Antiques for example, and even Jewellery.
General Gifts are not owned by the tesator but the money they leave behind can be used to buy these gifts. Such as a new vehicle, piece of Jewellery or otherwise.
Residuary Gifts are the Testators belongings as well as Property. If the two above types of gifts, Specific and General are not mentioned within the Will then the entire estate will become a Residuary Gift.
